As someone that lives in Israel, I always wanted to know why the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit is not coming here (although, to my sadness, right now it is pretty obvious). Since the eMetrics is the WAA’s official Summit, and since we are always trying to understand what our members think all over the world, we launched a series of articles entitled “Why do we have an eMetrics in [my city]? Last chance to speak in Barcelona
I am not a pure blood web analyst. In fact I come from the dark dimensions of IT and reaching the web analytics world has been (and still is) a tough swim uphill and against the current. I have had to do a lot of reading, a lot of listening and committing a lot of painful mistakes to reach the front line trenches but where there's a will, there's a way… Or at least a winding path with a lot of tricky spots.
