Welcome to the WAA Bloggers Policy – we’ve tried to make it short and sweet (and easy to read).

Blogging Posting and Commenting Policy:

All posts should be substantive posts about how to do web analytics or how to work in our industry. Please refrain from promoting your book, events, your personal blog, and the like. You are welcome to use a software package to illustrate a point, but how to use/install the software should not be the focus. Posts on SEO, PPC, email marketing, conversion science and the like are appropriate when they have a strong measurement focus to them.

Feel free to disagree and argue, but please do not get personal. “I disagree with his theory” is appropriate. “He is an idiot” is not.

All content must be original and may not be reproduced in any form for sixty days after publication, although anyone is free to reproduce a very small excerpt ("fair use"). After that, the WAA still owns it, but the author has an unlimited, royalty free right to reproduce it in any format.

You should know that you may publish on the WAA blog as often as twice as week. We look forward to reading it!
